The Mailyan Brothers' Armenian Theatre in Baku

Armenian heritage in Baku: the Armenian Theatre of the Mailyan Brothers. Architect Nikoghos Baev, 1920. The building is now called the Akhundov Azerbaijan Opera and Ballet Theatre.

The photograph shows the building with its richly carved façade, two domed towers, large arched windows and a balcony on columns above the entrance.
