Mihran Damadian in Mersin, 1921

Mihran Damadian, founder of the Armenian Republic of Cilicia, in Mersin in 1921.

The group photograph was taken in an arcaded hall. Three men sit in front: a bearded clergyman in black, a man in a dark suit, and a man in a light suit with a hat on his knee. Men in suits stand at the sides, and behind them are rows of young men in uniforms and wide-brimmed hats.
